* Starker Engineering-Background: Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Softwareentwickler:in, idealerweise mit Verantwortung als Lead Dev, Tech Lead oder Principal Engineer mit abgeschlossenem Studium in einem IT-nahen Fach sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einem unserer Kern-Stacks (Java/Spring Boot/Quarkus oder TypeScript/React/Angular/Vue), plus Clean Code, Testing und CI/CD.
 * AI-Tooling-Erfahrung: Du hast bereits intensiv mit AI-gestütztem Development gearbeitet (z. B. Claude-Caude, Github Copilot, PR-Agenten mit Projektkontext) und kennst ihre Fallstricke.
 * Architektur- und DevOps-Verständnis: Erfahrung mit Microservices, APIs und modernen Deployment-Umgebungen (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud) ist für dich selbstverständlich.
 * Lean & Pragmatic: Du kennst dich mit aktuellen Entwicklungen im Bereich der agentischen Softwareentwicklung aus und wählst den sinnvollsten Automationsgrad im Projekt.
 * Mentoring-Mindset: Du hast Spaß daran, andere besser zu machen, Feedback zu geben und gemeinsam mit dem Team Standards und Best Practices zu entwickeln.
