* Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams und angrenzenden M365-Diensten im Kunden- oder Projektumfeld.
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Purview - insbesondere DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Retention und Informationsschutz (Muss-Anforderung).
 * Gute Kenntnisse in Collaboration-Architekturen, Berechtigungskonzepten, Informationsstrukturen und Lifecycle-Konzepten.
 * Sichere Kommunikation mit Fachbereichen, Key Usern und IT-Verantwortlichen in deutscher und englischer Sprache.

 * AvePoint, Quest oder vergleichbare Tools für Governance, Migration, Lifecycle Management oder Reporting.
 * Power Platform, insbesondere Power Automate, Power Apps oder Dataverse.
 * Copilot-nahe Use Cases (Assistenzszenarien, Wissenszugriff, Self-Service-Prozesse) sowie Copilot Studio.

 * Be an early applicant, * Du konzipierst und implementierst Collaboration-Lösungen mit SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive und weiteren M365-Services.
 * Du strukturierst Informations- und Zusammenarbeitsräume so, dass Berechtigungen, Lifecycle, Governance und Nutzerfreundlichkeit zusammenpassen.
 * Du berätst Kunden zu Data Governance, Informationsschutz, Compliance und Schutz sensibler Daten mit Microsoft Purview (DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Retention).
 * Du begleitest Rollout, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Intranet-, Projekt-, Kommunikations- und Dokumentenmanagement-Szenarien.
 * Du erkennst Automatisierungspotenziale und integrierst passende Bausteine aus der Power Platform in das Lösungsdesign.
