## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder Bachelorabschluss in einem IT-Studiengang
 * Alternativ: vergleichbare kaufmännische oder IT-Ausbildung mit mindestens 3 Jahren relevanter Berufserfahrung
 * IPMA Level D oder vergleichbare Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung
 * ITIL Foundation (V3 oder höher) oder nachweisbare praktische ITIL-Erfahrung
 * Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in der Projektleitung
 * Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Project Management Office (PMO)
 * Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Umfeld öffentlicher Verwaltung / Behörden oder Verteidigung
 * Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Cloud-Projekten, vorzugsweise im Bereich Private Cloud, oder in vergleichbaren IT-Projekten
 * Gute Kenntnisse in Jira oder vergleichbaren Projektmanagement-Tools sowie MS Office inkl. MS Project
 * Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau und Englischkenntnisse auf B1-Niveau

## Description

Du übernimmst die eigenständige Steuerung kleinerer IT-Projekte und unterstützt die Gesamtprojektleitung bei mittleren bis komplexen Vorhaben im Cloud- und Digitalisierungsumfeld., * Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung kleinerer IT-Projekte von der Lösungsentwicklung bis zur Inbetriebnahme

 * Sicherstellung der Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsziele
 * Steuerung von Stakeholdern sowie Kosten-Controlling und regelmäßiges Projekt-Reporting
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen sowie Koordination von Abhängigkeiten, Änderungen und Risiken
 * Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister
 * Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Projekt-Workshops
 * Übernahme organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben im Project Management Office
 * Unterstützung der Gesamtprojektleitung bei mittleren bis komplexen IT-Projekten
