· 12+ Jahre Erfahrung in agiler Delivery und Transformation
· Fundierte Expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile und Product Management
· Mindestens eine anerkannte Agile-Qualifikation oder -Zertifizierung (z.B. SAFe Program Consultant; SAFe Agilist)
· Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von agilen Kompetenzzentren/ Center of Excellence
· Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Coaching agiler Organisationen auf C-Level Ebene
· Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Business Development, einschließlich Pipeline-Management und Erstellung von Kundenangeboten
· Ausgeprägter Teamplayer mit einer hohen Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
· Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
