## Description

* Im Support bist Du für den reibungslosen Applikationsbetrieb unserer Software beim Kunden zuständig
 * Du nimmst Support-Anfragen über unser Ticketsystem an, bearbeitest diese bzw. leitest die Anfrage an die richtige Ansprechperson weiter
 * Und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Behebung von Fehlern und allgemeinen Problemstellungen in unserer GIS-basierten Softwarelösung Smallworld GIS auf 1st und 2nd Level-Niveau. Dabei arbeitest Du täglich mit einem Geoinformationssystem
