 * Ein grundlegendes Verständnis von Softwareentwicklung, Java und Microservice.Architektur hilft dir, technische Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und mit Entwickler:innen auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren.
 * Du interessierst dich für Wertpapierabwicklung und hattest im besten Fall sogar schon Berührungspunkte mit Corporate Actions.
 * Als Scrum Master verstehst du dich als fachliche Führungskraft und übernimmst Verantwortung. Eigeninitiative, Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, bei Bedarf in den Lead zu gehen, zeichnen dich aus.
 * Durch deine Kommunikationsstärke, Moderations- und Konfliktlösungskompetenz gehst du souverän mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten und Perspektiven um und bewahrst auch in herausfordernden Situationen Ruhe und Klarheit.
 * Ob mündlich oder schriftlich - du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1) und bringst gute Englisch-kenntnisse (B2) mit.
