## Description

* Beantwortung und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen für das gesamte Unternehmen über das Ticket-System (1st- und gegebenenfalls 2nd-Level-Support).
 * Vor-Ort-Unterstützung bei Bedarf zur Bearbeitung von Ticket-System-Anfragen am Produktionsstandort.
 * Problemlösung und Qualifizierung von Support- und Serviceanfragen, Weiterleitung bei Bedarf an weiterführende Supportebenen.
 * Umsetzung von Projekten innerhalb des Supportbereichs und darüber hinaus.
 * Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Optimierung von IT-Services.
 * Erarbeitung spezifischer Konzepte, Berichte und Betriebsdokumente., * Parkplätze befinden sich rund um das Campus Gelände - sowohl an der "Stegerwaldstraße" als auch "Am Flögemannsesch".
