* Betreuung der weltweiten Kunden im Windows Client Umfeld (2nd Level)
 * Fehleranalyse und Lösung jeglicher Client bezogenen Meldungen (nur fachlicher, kein inhaltlicher Anwendungssupport)
 * Softwareinstallation manuell und per Softwareverteilung
 * Anwenderunterstützung erfolgt per Remoteverwaltung
 * Verwaltung von Printservern
 * Administration der Mobile Device Management Plattform
 * Windows Client Installationen
 * Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung unserer Serviceprozesse, * Tarifgebundener Vertrag (GVP)
 * Festes Monatsgehalt inklusive übertarifliche Bezahlung
 * Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag
