## Description

* Verantwortlich für den 1st und 2nd Level IT Support im Servicedesk bzw. User Helpdesk
 * Dokumentation von Fehlermeldungen in einem Ticketsystem
 * Annahmen, Bearbeitung, Priorisierung und ggf. Weiterleitung von Aufträgen und Störungen per Telefon und Remotezugriff
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software
 * Pflege und Dokumentation in der Wissensdatenbank
 * Steuerung und Überwachung der Tickets gemäß der Service-Level-Agreements, * Tarifgebundener Vertrag (GVP)
 * Festes Monatsgehalt inklusive übertarifliche Bezahlung
 * Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag
 * Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld nach GVP
 * Vergütung nach Equal-Pay-Modell
 * Mitarbeiterempfehlungsprogramm
