## About the Role

* Du bringst mehrjhrige Erfahrung in der technischen SAP-Beratung mit, Schwerpunkt S/4HANA-Architektur und komplexe S/4HANA-Transformationen im Defence-Umfeld.
 * Du hast fundierte Expertise mit RISE with SAP und GROW with SAP, insbesondere im Infrastrukturmanagement.
 * Du beherrschst moderne SAP-Technologien wie SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, Integrationsszenarien sowie SAP Joule und SAP Business AI.
 * Du hast mindestens zwei End-to-End S/4HANA-Transformationsprojekte (Greenfield oder Brownfield) erfolgreich geleitet - idealerweise im Defence- oder sicherheitskritischen Bereich.
 * Du zeigst starke Fhrungsstrke bei globalen SAP-Projekten und internationalen Rollouts.
 * Du sprichst Deutsch auf C1-Niveau und flieend Englisch
**Preferred technical and professional experience**

 * Ausgeprgte Fhigkeit, technische Konzepte verstndlich und berzeugend auf C-Level zu kommunizieren
 * Souverne Zusammenarbeit mit Geschftspartnern, Drittanbietern und internationalen Teams
 * Idealerweise SAP-Zertifizierung als Certified Technology Specialist (S/4HANA System Conversion / Rise with SAP)
