## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, des Ingenieurwesens, der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Nachweisbare Führungs- und Coaching-Kompetenz sowie Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Führungskräften
 * Unternehmerisches Denken, Innovationsstärke und hohe Kundenorientierung
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Niveau)
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung in den Branchen Luft- und Raumfahrt, Verteidigung oder sicherheitskritischen Industrien

Dein Aufgabenbereich

 * Gesamtverantwortung für die Service Line PLM Integration - strategisch und operativ
 * Verantwortung für Budget, Ressourcen, Qualität und Ergebnisse
 * Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau des PLM-Integrationsportfolios
 * Entwicklung, Industrialisierung und Vermarktung von Services rund um PLM-Systeme, Systemintegration, Digital Thread und Engineering-Datenprozesse
 * Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
 * Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen und strategischer Partnerschaften
 * Förderung von Innovation und Continuous Improvement
 * Steuerung von Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsinitiativen
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Compliance-Anforderungen
