Roadmap-Entwicklung: Analyse bestehender Kundenlandschaften durch Assessments und Ableitung konkreter, strategischer Entwicklungs-Roadmaps

Prozessoptimierung: Weiterentwicklung interner Standards sowie Automatisierung von Prozessen zur Effizienzsteigerung der Managed Services
