* Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Ingenieurswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im produktionsnahem IT-Umfeld
 * Gute Kenntnisse in Administration, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung einer MES-Lösung idealerweise mit HYDRA 8.2 oder HYDRA X
 * Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
 * Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität
 * Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

Mach den Unterschied auf dem Shopfloor. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion und IT sorgst du dafür, dass unser MES-System HYDRA zuverlässig läuft und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt wird. Du arbeitest eng mit Anwendern, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern zusammen und treibst die digitale Transformation unseres Produktionsstandorts aktiv voran. Mit deinem Know-how schaffst du nachhaltige Lösungen und unterstützt eine moderne, zukunftsorientierte Fertigungsumgebung.

 * Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs des Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) HYDRA inklusive Schnittstellen, Clients und Peripherie
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Durchführung von Systemupdates, Patches sowie Benutzer- und Berechtigungsadministration
 * Analyse und Optimierung von MES-Prozessen und Funktionen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
 * Aufnahme und Bewertung von Anforderungen sowie Entwicklung passender IT-Lösungen mit externen Partnern
 * Planung, Test und Einführung von System- und Prozessverbesserungen
 * Mitarbeit in lokalen IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Systemdokumentationen
 * Durchführung von Schulungen für Key User und Endanwender, * Offene Unternehmenskultur
