 * Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Nutzerbedürfnisse und verstehst es, daraus wertstiftende Produktanforderungen abzuleiten
 * Analytisches Denken, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und datenbasierte Entscheidungen zeichnen dich aus
 * Unterschiedliche Stakeholder zusammenzubringen und zwischen fachlichen sowie technischen Anforderungen zu vermitteln, fällt dir leicht

 * Be an early applicant, * Du verantwortest unsere AI-Bot- und Conversational-AI-Produkte über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter
 * Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen analysierst du, übersetzt sie in User Stories und priorisierst sie im Product Backlog nach Business Value und Nutzen
 * Gemeinsam mit unseren Data & AI- sowie IT-Teams steuerst du die Umsetzung neuer Features von der Idee bis zum erfolgreichen Rollout
 * Du identifizierst neue Einsatzmöglichkeiten für Generative AI und entwickelst daraus konkrete Produktlösungen mit messbarem Mehrwert/li>
 * Mithilfe von Nutzungsdaten, Feedback und KPIs leitest du Optimierungspotenziale ab und verbesserst die Produkte kontinuierlich
 * Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Business und Technik sorgst du für klare Prioritäten, transparente Kommunikation und eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung
