Entgegennahme, Klassifizierung und Priorisierung eingehender Tickets gemäß definierter Prozesse und SLA-Vorgaben

Eigenständige Einsatzplanung und Disposition von Service- und Supportmitarbeitern sowie Koordination von Kundenterminen

Planung und Optimierung von Servicetouren zur effizienten Nutzung vorhandener Ressourcen

Überwachung der Ticketbearbeitung und Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Bearbeitung unter Einhaltung vereinbarter SLAs
