 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern
 * Sicherstellung des Betriebs von Hard- und Software, Organisation von Support, Fehlerbehebung sowie Anwenderbetreuung und -schulung
 * Fachliche und organisatorische Führung eines kleinen Teams aus internen und externen IT-Fachkräften
