 * You possess expert knowledge in Python and have successfully implemented complex projects.
 * You are a pro in handling Typesense and optimizing search algorithms.
 * You have very good knowledge in backend development and fundamental knowledge in DevOps.
 * Your Portuguese skills are at C2 level and you communicate confidently in English (C1).
 * You work independently, in a structured manner, and value the dynamics of agile startup environments.

## Description

* You develop high-performance search solutions with Typesense for our international customer projects.
 * You design and implement scalable backend systems based on Python.
 * You work closely with our teams in Germany and Brazil in a remote-first environment.
 * You support DevOps processes to ensure smooth application deployment.
 * You optimize existing database queries and ensure excellent data quality.
 * You accompany the entire software lifecycle from the initial idea to the finished MVP.
 * You actively contribute your expertise to the technical consulting of our startup partners.
