What you will do: * Provide functional leadership, guidance and coaching to an HRIS Specialist in executing system configurations and projects. Lead and continuously improve the global HRIS landscape, ensuring stable, efficient and user-friendly HR system operations. Manage SuccessFactors and connected HR systems, including configurations, workflows, security, integrations, releases and issue resolution. Drive HR data quality, reporting accuracy and system governance through controls, monitoring and continuous improvement.
