## Description

* Software-Ökosystem: Betreuung von Eigenentwicklungen sowie angebundenen Drittsystemen (ERP, BI, SaaS).
 * Integration: Sicherstellung robuster Datenflüsse, klarer Schnittstellen (APIs) und hoher Skalierbarkeit.
 * Business-Alignment: Enge Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen zur digitalen Prozessoptimierung.

 4. Projektverantwortung
 * Projektleitung: Taktische und strategische Steuerung von IT-Projekten (z. B. Migrationen, Plattform-Rollouts, Security-Initiativen).
 * Umsetzung: Pragmatische, ergebnisorientierte Priorisierung und termingerechte Abwicklung.

 5. Führung & Organisation
 * Teamführung: Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung von 9 Mitarbeitenden (IT & Softwareentwicklung).
 * Partner-Steuerung: Professionelles Dienstleister- und Lieferantenmanagement.
