* Experience leveraging or critically considering how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, such as using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry
 * 8+ years of progressive experience in a professional services (SaaS) organization, or equivalent education and experience
 * Management consulting experience
 * Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
 * Industry domain expertise
 * Experience leading architecture and design for large programs
 * Enterprise architecture experience
 * Cloud application technology experience
 * Right to work in the UK

## Description

* Advise customers across multiple engagements on architecture, guiding customers, partners, and internal team members toward successful solutions
 * Provide architectural expertise across multiple workflows
 * Develop relationships with customer CoEI and business leaders to understand ServiceNows role in their digital transformation vision
 * Translate customer goals into outcomes and a roadmap
 * Translate business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints for complex goals
 * Engage customer Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the standard digital transformation platform, integrated with core applications
 * Manage technical governance and delivery operating models
 * Work with engagement teams to maintain instance health, reduce technical debt, and align with ServiceNow leading practices
 * Support sales efforts by scoping and estimating engagements and change orders
 * Contribute leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform
 * Work with customers across executive, platform owner, enterprise architecture, and development teams during the selling, structuring, and implementation of solutions
 * Help customers establish a technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that deliver outcomes
