## About the Role

* Were looking for significant experience (around 8+ years) in Product Ownership or Product Management, ideally working on complex, data-rich products.
 * Were looking for a strong interest in using data and intelligence to improve advertising campaign efficiency and demonstrate media value, with an appetite to specialise in this area over the long term.
 * You should have proven experience leading data- and AI/ML-powered products from idea to launch, and a good understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle.
 * You should have strong SQL skills and confidence working with big data environments such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
 * You should have experience working with and influencing large development teams, and collaborating effectively with technical and commercial stakeholders.
 * You should be comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation and fast feedback. Experience in AI-native or startup-style product environments, and quick prototyping with AI tools, is desirable.

## Description

* Own and evolve the roadmap for our automated intelligence products across targeting, creative optimisation and measurement, and champion a clear vision for how Global:IQ can transform our advertising products.
 * Lead data- and AI-driven initiatives from concept to deployment, defining what we build and why, and ensuring machine learning solutions address real advertiser problems.
 * Translate strategic goals into clear, prioritised user stories and acceptance criteria for a large, cross-functional development team.
 * Use SQL, including in Snowflake or BigQuery, to interrogate data, validate hypotheses, check success metrics and inform product decisions.
 * Prototype ideas, including with AI tools, test early concepts with stakeholders, and foster experimentation and learning.
 * Take end-to-end responsibility for high-impact AI and data products, from initial idea through launch, performance monitoring and iteration.
 * Work closely with engineering, data science, commercial and product partners to build trust through transparent communication and shared outcomes.
