## About the Role

* Were looking for someone with a STEM degree, preferably a 2:1 BSc in Computer Science; a bachelors degree is preferred.
 * Were looking for experience with software engineering principles.
 * Youll need the right to work in the UK; were unable to sponsor visas.

## Description

* Work on FlowForce, our internal platform, using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Supabase and GitHub.
 * Work on client platforms built with a similar technology stack.
 * Explore how to better embed AI agents into our software development process.
 * Contribute to client integration work; experience with an iPaaS tool is a bonus.
 * Help us decide what to build next and contribute ideas and challenges to those discussions.
 * Specify work for AI agents, verify their output, manage concurrent agent sessions, and build repeatable commands and skills.

This office-based Platform Engineer role is part of our effort to rebuild software delivery around AI agents and make software development more democratised. As a small team, we offer involvement across the full SDLC and exposure to other areas of the business, including potential collaboration with sales and go-to-market strategies. The role pays £27,000 per year and includes casual dress, a company pension, a cycle-to-work scheme, discounted or free food, free and on-site parking, gym membership, profit sharing and sick pay.
