## About the Role

* Experience within the fenestration, windows, doors, glazing, or building products industry
 * Strong technical understanding of window and door manufacturing, installation practices, and product performance
 * Proven ability to diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
 * Strong report-writing, problem-solving, and analytical skills
 * Customer-focused approach and commitment to high levels of service and quality
 * Working knowledge of relevant industry standards, building regulations, and compliance requirements
 * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to customer and site locations, including overnight stays as business needs require

## Description

* Provide technical support and expert advice to fabricators, installers, end users, and internal stakeholders on the manufacture, installation, operation, and maintenance of our products
 * Visit customer sites to investigate technical issues, product concerns, installation defects, and complaints; identify root causes and recommend remedial actions
 * Work with customers and internal teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently and professionally
 * Provide technical guidance and product knowledge training to customers and colleagues as required
 * Maintain accurate records of inspections, investigations, remedial actions, and customer interactions
