* Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Good understanding of IT systems and networking fundamentals
 * Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
 * Positive attitude and willingness to learn
 * Full UK driving licence
 * Experience in a technical support or helpdesk environment is desirable
 * Knowledge of VoIP, networking, broadband or telecommunications systems is desirable
 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments is desirable
 * Industry certifications or relevant technical qualifications are desirable
 * Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Romsey and Stockbridge, SO51 9BQ
 * UK work authorisation is required

## Description

* Provide technical support via phone, email and remote support tools
 * Diagnose and resolve customer issues across a range of technologies
 * Configure, maintain and troubleshoot cloud phone systems
 * Support business broadband, networking and connectivity solutions
 * Assist with business mobile services and device provisioning
 * Configure and support Wi-Fi and network infrastructure
 * Collaborate with colleagues and third-party suppliers to resolve technical issues
 * Document support activities accurately and maintain customer records
 * Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication
 * Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills
