## Description

* Provide first-line IT support to end users onsite and remotely
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user access issues
 * Set up and issue laptops, mobile phones, and other IT equipment
 * Support user onboarding, offboarding, and account administration
 * Manage IT asset inventory, repairs, and equipment logistics
 * Assist with IT projects, office moves, and technology rollouts
 * Work with Microsoft 365, Windows devices, and cloud-based systems

This is an entry-level opportunity suited to someone starting or developing a career in IT Support, Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Infrastructure Support. Youll gain hands-on experience supporting users across our growing business and develop skills in Microsoft technologies, hardware support, user administration, cloud services, and IT operations. The role is a six-month fixed-term contract with potential to extend, based onsite in Retford, with pay up to £26,000 per year. We offer a supportive team environment, exposure to a wide range of technologies and IT disciplines, and a strong platform for building a long-term IT career.
