## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our clients growing technology team. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, building, automating, and supporting cloud-native infrastructure and deployment platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving platform reliability, and enabling engineering teams to deliver software efficiently and securely.
Key Responsibilities

 * Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure within AWS.
 * Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
 * Build, optimise, and support CI/CD pipelines, championing best practices across GitHub-based engineering workflows.
 * Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
 * Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions to ensure platform reliability and operational resilience.
 * Provide production support, incident management, and root cause analysis to minimise downtime and improve service availability.
 * Drive security best practices, vulnerability management, and compliance across cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
 * Identify opportunities for automation, reducing manual effort and increasing operational efficiency.
 * Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
 * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, engineering standards, and platform best practices.
