Product Management and development teams.Partner with R&D, Applications, Quality, Product Support and Commercial teams.Align stakeholders on priorities, risks, requirements, and trade-offs.Development and StrategyParticipate in Agile planning and provide customer context for technical decisions.Contribute to business cases, roadmap planning, and future product concepts.Support commercialization readiness and successful product launches.QualificationsRequiredBachelor or equivalent advanced degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Life Sciences, or related scientific discipline.Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industryExperience working with analytical instrumentation, scientific software, or related technologies.Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical and business problems.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.Experience working within multidisciplinary product
