* At least 10 years of experience as an SAP Development Consultant
 * Experience with Agile development methodologies and tooling
 * At least 7 full SAP BTP Integration Suite implementations
 * Experience with developing offerings and go-to-market strategy
 * Certified SAP BTP and SAP Business AI
 * Certified in at least 1 other SAP discipline, functional, technical, or project management
 * Published at least 1 white paper or blog in the last 12 months
 * Excellent written and oral communication skills
 * Experience working with C-suite stakeholders

## Description

* Lead the Business Technology Platform global team and manage all R&D within the GBL
 * Provide insight and expertise in all areas of SAP development and innovation
 * Be hands-on and participate in the development of innovations when required
 * Govern the innovation funnel, ensuring tight budget control and resource allocation
 * Manage 4 multi-million euro R&D projects and staff
 * Work with the CTO on innovation strategy
 * Assist with pre-sales and bids in GEOs
 * Prepare and publish blogs and white papers
 * Actively engage with senior leaders in key customers to promote offerings and embed new customer-requested features
