What You'll Bring

 * 3-5 years' experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Business Analysis
 * Salesforce certifications (Administrator essential; Architect certifications advantageous)
 * Strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, data modelling, and automation
 * Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
 * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
