Candidate evaluation and selection are conducted without AI-supported screening or decision-making. ## Description As ERP Business Analyst, you'll work at the centre of a complex, fast-moving transformation programme. This is an independent delivery role: you'll manage your own workload across multiple workstreams, translating business requirements into clear, actionable outputs and keeping pace with a demanding project schedule. You'll collaborate closely with technical leads, project managers, and stakeholders across the business - bridging finance knowledge and analytical rigour to support decisions at every stage of the programme lifecycle.
