This is a pivotal role supporting our core SAP landscape, ensuring stability, performance and continual improvement across key business processes. You will act as a trusted liaison between business users, internal technical teams and third-party vendors, taking ownership of SAP support issues end to end. This role is ideal for an experienced SAP support professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment and enjoys blending technical expertise with excellent customer service. A Day in the Life In this role, no two days are the same. You'll start the day reviewing SAP support tickets, prioritising and triaging incidents and service requests via the service desk. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Production to diagnose issues, clarify requirements and deliver effective solutions. You'll work hands-on with user access and role configuration, liaise with third-party support partners to resolve more complex issues, and contribute to testing and quality assurance for system enhancements and upgrades. Throughout the day, you'll also analyse trends in support calls, looking for opportunities to improve processes, reduce recurring issues and enhance the overall user experience.
