You will combine sales leadership with strong technical credibility, helping partners translate technology strategy into scalable solutions and services that create customer value and business growth. You will guide your team in developing strategic technology roadmaps, identifying and qualifying high-impact opportunities, and helping partners build repeatable offerings across the Microsoft Cloud. Working closely with partner executives, Partner Development Managers, Microsoft field sales, solution specialists, and Partner Solution Architects, you will connect technical investment with business priorities, pipeline progression, revenue growth, cloud consumption, and marketplace outcomes. Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Partner Technology Strategists , providing coaching, technical and business guidance, and clear priorities while creating an inclusive environment where people can perform, grow, and succeed. Shape partner technology strategies and roadmaps , guiding engagement with partner executives and technical leaders to align technology investments with business priorities, market opportunities, and Microsoft solution strategies. Drive the development of scalable partner solutions and services , helping partners create and modernize repeatable offerings across the Microsoft Cloud that contribute to customer value, business growth, and cloud consumption. Connect technology strategy to commercial outcomes by aligning technical priorities with sales plans, strategic opportunities, pipeline progression, revenue growth, marketplace opportunities, and partner business objectives. Prioritize high-impact technical opportunities , establishing clear qualification and prioritization practices that focus technical capacity where it can have the greatest strategic and business impact.
