We're looking for someone who has: * Proven experience of leading large scale business change initiatives, balancing multiple priorities and programmes at the same time. * Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate credibly with senior leaders and executive stakeholders. * Experience of leading cross-functional teams without direct authority. * Experience of developing and delivering change and communication strategies. * Strong understanding of programme and project delivery methodologies. * Experience undertaking organisational readiness and impact assessments. * Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving capability. It would be great if you also have: * A recognised Change Management qualification, such as Prosci, APMG, CMI or equivalent. * A Programme or Project Management qualification, such as MSP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent. * Experience within transport, rail or regulated industries. * Experience of organisational design, culture change or operating model transformation. ## Description As we continue to deliver ambitious programmes that improve experiences for our customers and colleagues, we're looking for an experienced Senior Business Change Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring change is successfully adopted, embedded and sustained across the business. As our Senior Business Change Manager, you'll lead the people, process and behavioural aspects of business change activity across a portfolio of complex strategic programmes and projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring our colleagues, customers and stakeholders are prepared, engaged and supported throughout the change journey, helping us realise the full benefits of transformation. You'll provide expert leadership ensuring that organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and benefit realisation are effectively planned and delivered. Working closely with programme teams, senior leaders, frontline colleagues, trade unions and external partners, you'll ensure change is delivered effectively, minimising disruption while maximising engagement, adoption and long-term benefit realisation.
