## Description

drawings, RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), and contracts. * Compliance Oversight: Monitor and record statutory testing, including Fire Safety, Gas and Electrical (EICR) certifications where required. * Contractor Coordination Managing work orders, variations CVR's. * Financial Administration: Evaluate, process and maximise SOR claims and invoices, monitor repair costs and handle cost allocations and invoicing. * Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate reports on maintenance trends and contractor performance to support management decisions. * Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors to resolve technical queries * Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve / automate maintenance workflows using AI-driven tools or predictive solutions.
