 * Ensure stability, robustness, and resilience of designed products
 * Implement necessary changes to products as required
 * Support continuous improvement of data engineering standards
 * Inspire best practice for data products and services within teams
 * Build data engineering capability through technical leadership
 * Collaborate with senior team members to plan, develop, and deliver data services
