* Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud projects
 * A track record of managing ERP implementation, enhancement or transformation programmes
 * Strong project governance, planning and reporting experience
 * Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and budgets
 * Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
 * Experience operating within a large, complex organisation
 * Knowledge of PRINCE2, AgilePM or similar project delivery methodologies

* We will lead a portfolio of Oracle Fusion projects and continuous improvement initiatives
 * We will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business
 * We will lead projects from inception through to delivery
 * We will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
