## About the Role

* Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
 * Strong technical problem-solving skills, particularly in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
 * A builders and tinkerers mindset, with high agency and the ability to find creative ways to overcome obstacles and ship
 * Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real-world problems
 * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, directly, and persuasively with technical and non-technical audiences
 * Preferred: Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
 * Preferred: Experience as a founder or founding engineer, balancing craft, ownership, and speed
 * Preferred: Familiarity with AI agent tools and techniques, such as evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
 * Preferred: Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go
 * Preferred: Experience interfacing with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders

## Description

* Design and deliver highly performant, reliable, intuitive, production-grade AI agents that support our growth and run at scale across industries such as finance, healthcare, and commerce
 * Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration, including building, tuning, and evolving agents in production and defining best practices
 * Work directly with enterprise leaders to understand business challenges and build AI agents that transform operations at scale
 * Partner with startups in London to embed AI agents across their business stacks and drive innovation and efficiency
 * Use customer work to identify unmet needs, prototype tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to evolve our core platform
 * Design agents for telecommunications and media companies, including agents that manage subscription churn and complex customer interactions
 * Develop generalizable AI agent frameworks for industry-specific use cases
 * Facilitate design partnerships for product initiatives, including new agent architectures, self-service capabilities, and generative agent development
 * Experiment with voice models and determine how to integrate them at enterprise scale
