## About the Role

* Extensive IAM experience, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver process design and improvement
 * Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms
 * Experience with logging and monitoring solutions
 * Technical skills including SQL, incident management, DataDog or similar tools, and cloud environments
 * Stakeholder management experience across Technology, Risk, Audit, and Control
 * Ability to provide guidance and leadership to teams when required
 * Proven ability to manage and mitigate risk in support of governance
 * Ability to use research outcomes and insights to inform problem-solving, decision-making, and roadmap development
 * Financial Services knowledge

## Description

* Further develop and implement our IAM policies, processes, technologies, and standards
 * Shape, maintain, and enhance our IAM governance framework, ensuring policies align with corporate requirements and regulatory compliance
 * Define and lead our IAM roadmap
 * Work with multiple stakeholders to understand and implement IAM solutions
 * Develop and maintain governance documentation
 * Execute IAM audits
 * Investigate IAM-related security events and implement corrective actions
 * Identify new and emerging technologies

The role offers hybrid working, with occasional trips to the office.
