## About the Role

* Experience providing comprehensive IT support, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in person and remotely
 * Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of core network services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and WSUS
 * Proficiency administering Windows OS, Office 365, and Google Workspace
 * Strong understanding of VPN configuration and support, VOIP systems, and antivirus software management
 * Hands-on experience or a genuine interest in using emerging AI tools to automate workflows, troubleshoot issues, and improve IT efficiency
 * Experience leading and inspiring a team would be advantageous
 * Experience with SQL or database management and web maintenance, including SSL and domains, would be an advantage

## Description

* Provide first-, second-, and third-line IT support across Windows, Google Workspace, and our bespoke platforms
 * Manage and track IT equipment for office and field-based team members
 * Set up new starters and provide inductions and technical training
 * Work with the IT team and contribute to shared learning and individual development
 * Create and maintain accurate IT documentation
 * Collaborate with other departments on projects and handle ad hoc tasks
