 * Identify repetitive manual processes and introduce automation opportunities
 * Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows
 * Test, measure, and continuously improve the performance and effectiveness of solutions
 * Support colleagues in adopting AI tools safely and effectively
 * Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and compliance requirements
 * Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical teams to drive adoption and business value
