In this role, you'll provide hands-on technical support across the organization - from desktop setup and helpdesk assistance to new employee onboarding on ALOM technology systems - while helping design and document the processes that keep our IT department running smoothly. You'll work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to streamline how we deliver support and meet business needs.
