Preferred * Experience with .NET framework, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, or ASP.NET Webforms. * Experience with C#, or Delphi/Object Pascal, or C++. * Experience with MS SQL Server including writing complex queries and stored procedures. * Experience with continuous integration / automated deployment tools such as Azure DevOps. * Experience with a distributed version control system (git). * Experience with Microsoft Azure. * Experience with Javascript, HTML, and CSS. * Experience with Agile principles in software development. * Knowledgeable about production agriculture. * Demonstrated strengths in communication skills, both oral and written. * Strong analytical and organizational skills. * Demonstrated ability to research and solve issues. * Demonstrated ability to deliver complete results. * Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure. * Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies. ## Description As a software developer with CFFM, you will play a role in the design, implementation, and enhancement of multiple software systems related to the mission of CFFM. The person in this role will function as a member of the software development team in an interactive, collaborative environment and will have responsibility for enhancing and adding new features to CFFM's existing projects as well as development on new projects. Under the mentorship of a senior developer, you will produce effective, robust software. This position involves daily interaction with the rest of the CFFM software developers, the CFFM economist staff, and other user communities. Effective oral and written communication skills are essential. This position requires the ability to work effectively with and contribute to the entire team.
