This role assists the Network across all four Greenwich House Older Adult Center locations by providing administrative, operational, and program support to ensure consistent, high-quality services and an exceptional member experience. In partnership with the Director of Older Adult Community Programming and Center Directors, this position helps design, implement, and enhance educational, recreational, wellness, cultural, and social programs that create welcoming and inclusive environments for older adults. Serving as a network-wide administrative resource, the Older Adult Network Administrator provides operational support, assists with member information and referrals, provides case assistance, coordinates administrative processes, supports program quality, and helps ensure compliance with NYC Aging standards, agency policies, and contractual requirements.
