Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams. Solid understanding of basic project management principles and practices. * Scrum Master Certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster - CSM ) preferred. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to coordinate the work of an Agile development team and support the end-to-end product development lifecycle. This role is responsible for planning, facilitating, and optimizing Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, backlog reviews, and retrospectives. The Scrum Master partners closely with clients, end users, product management, and development leadership to ensure business requirements are well understood and Agile best practices are consistently applied. Acting as a servant leader, this role proactively identifies and removes impediments that may slow progress, while promoting continuous improvement to help the team meet delivery goals and milestones.
