This position serves as a subject matter expert and consultant who looks beyond individual support tickets to identify patterns, determine root causes, and design sustainable solutions that prevent recurring issues. The role partners with business and technology teams to improve system reliability, strengthen data-driven decision making, and identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI-enabled capabilities, reporting, and process improvements. This position also leads moderately complex projects and helps advance the organization's use of modern tools, analytics, and continuous improvement practices. Experience is Everything.
