The role combines internal consulting, transformation, program management, execution, change management, and executive storytelling to structure ambiguous problems, assess opportunities, build business cases and transformation plans, coordinate cross-functional execution, and deliver measurable value. Success requires stakeholder leadership, process and project management expertise, and the ability to influence without direct authority and engage senior leaders. The role will initially focus on LATAM markets and the U.S. business, partnering closely with local and global teams. Professional Spanish skills are strongly preferred.
