Preferred Education and Experience * 5+ years of MSP (Managed Service Provider) implementation experience (Required). * Certifications: Security+, VMware (VCP/VCTA/VCAP), MCSE, MCSA, Cisco, Azure, or Microsoft 365. * Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Administrator Expert, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent are a plus. * Strong understanding of cloud migration strategies and best practices. * SAN-specific certification. * Superior reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. * Strong understanding of network concepts, devices, and industry best practices. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. ## Description The Systems Engineer supports Meriplex's Professional Services team and reports to the Manager of Professional Services. This role is primarily responsible for server implementation and must deliver exemplary customer service and technical advice to customer leadership and decision-makers. The role involves overseeing the completion of customer projects to ensure all timelines, deployments, and installations are executed correctly.
