## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach with a strong foundation in Agile methodologies to lead our teams in delivering high quality products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Agile practices, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile principles and the ability to foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Detailed JD

 * 8-10 Yrs experience level, Prefer SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), CSM, or PSM certification.
 * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Release Planning while ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
 * Act as a servant leader for Agile teams, removing impediments, resolving conflicts, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high team performance.
 * Possess strong understanding of SAFe Agile framework and support Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART events, dependency management, and cross-team coordination.
 * Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Architects, and Delivery Teams to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and successful sprint execution.
 * Track and report Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, Sprint Predictability, Release Progress, and Team Capacity to drive data-based decisions and delivery transparency
 * Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe best practices, promoting self-organization, collaboration, quality delivery, and continuous learning.
 * Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.
 * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
