 * Durchsetzungsvermögen: Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
 * Kommunikation: Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und IT.

## Description

* Systembetreuung: Sicherstellung des reibungslosen MES-Betriebs, schnelle Störungsanalyse und Lösungsfindung sowie erster Ansprechpartner für die Produktion.
 * Produktion: Steuerung und Optimierung der Prozesse zum Versorgungslager der Produktion.
 * Optimierung: Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen zur Weiterentwicklung des MES und zur Effizienzsteigerung der Produktionsprozesse.
 * Schulung & Support: Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterstützung der Produktionsmitarbeiter im Umgang mit dem MES.
 * Datenanalyse: Analyse von Produktionsdaten zur Erkennung von Trends und Verbesserungspotenzialen.
 * Dokumentation: Erstellung und Pflege von System- und Prozessdokumentationen.
 * Schnittstelle: Bindeglied zwischen Produktion und IT zur Aufnahme von Anforderungen und Entwicklung passender Lösungen.
 * Projekte: Mitwirkung bei Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung des MES sowie zur Optimierung der Produktions- und Logistikprozesse.
