## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Quality Engineering oder in der Softwareentwicklung mit Testfokus
 * Kenntnisse in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Testframeworks und -Tools wünschenswert:

 * Grundlegendes Verständnis moderner CI/CD-Konzepte (GitLab CI/CD)
 * Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung (idealerweise im Java-Umfeld) von Vorteil

 - SpringBoot
 - Spring Batch
 - Rest-API
 * Kenntnisse in agilen Entwicklungsprozessen (Scrum / Kanban)
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Verantwortung für die technische Weiterentwicklung der Test- und Qualitätsstrategie innerhalb der Softwareentwicklung
 * Aufbau, Pflege und Skalierung automatisierter Tests (ca. 95 % automatisiert / 5 % manuell)
 * Durchführung manueller Tests im Rahmen finaler Kundenabnahmen
 * Integration und Optimierung von Testprozessen in bestehende CI/CD-Pipelines (GitLab CI/CD)
 * Technische Beratung von Entwicklungsteams zu Testbarkeit, Architektur und Qualitätsstandards
